Senior Software Engineer, Rust

You'd be joining the Integrations team, responsible for building connections between different practice management systems and Nelly backend systems. Working in the Integrations team involves building and maintaining Rust-based applications, from locally running clients to transaction-based backend systems.

What you'll do

• Build connections between different practice management systems and Nelly backend systems.
• Work with modern technologies such as Rust. We host everything on AWS and manage our infrastructure as code.
• See your ideas go from concept to implementation, impacting customers within your first few days.
• Make a significant contribution to defining, maintaining and improving our architecture and best practices.
• Join a driven, highly skilled, engineering team and collaborate with talented professionals.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years as a software engineer.
• Coding skills in Rust.
• Proficiency in data and API modelling.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full development life cycle.
• Strong team-player mentality.
• Proficiency in English, German knowledge is a strong plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, security best practices and Windows Native APIs.
