About the role

Marketing Lead role at the intersection of GTM/Revenue, Product, and Branding/Design. You ensure that what we build is clearly differentiated, commercially compelling, and consistently communicated across the funnel. This is a hands-on role with measurable commercial outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Translate complex product features into compelling stories for our target audience.
  • Own the Nelly website end-to-end and make it a lead-generating asset
  • Maintain consistency across website, landing pages, sales materials, and launches
  • Develop content that educates, builds trust, and moves prospects toward Sales
  • Produce content that will feed into paid channels (e.g. Meta Campaigns)
  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns around product launches, seasonal moments, and key sales initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end narrative: from positioning brief to live campaign
  • Define rollout strategies and launch sequencing

What you'll need

  • Business-fluent German and English required
  • Min of 3 years in (Product) Marketing, Growth, or commercial roles
  • Proven 0 → 1 channel building
  • Proven 1 → scale optimisation
  • Close collaboration with Product and Sales
  • Strong positioning and narrative development skills
  • Ability to translate product complexity into commercial value
  • Clear and persuasive written communication in German
