About the role
Marketing Lead role at the intersection of GTM/Revenue, Product, and Branding/Design. You ensure that what we build is clearly differentiated, commercially compelling, and consistently communicated across the funnel. This is a hands-on role with measurable commercial outcomes.
What you'll do
- Translate complex product features into compelling stories for our target audience.
- Own the Nelly website end-to-end and make it a lead-generating asset
- Maintain consistency across website, landing pages, sales materials, and launches
- Develop content that educates, builds trust, and moves prospects toward Sales
- Produce content that will feed into paid channels (e.g. Meta Campaigns)
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns around product launches, seasonal moments, and key sales initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end narrative: from positioning brief to live campaign
- Define rollout strategies and launch sequencing
What you'll need
- Business-fluent German and English required
- Min of 3 years in (Product) Marketing, Growth, or commercial roles
- Proven 0 → 1 channel building
- Proven 1 → scale optimisation
- Close collaboration with Product and Sales
- Strong positioning and narrative development skills
- Ability to translate product complexity into commercial value
- Clear and persuasive written communication in German
