About the role
Make Salesforce a scalable, reliable operating backbone for n8n's GTM teams by improving automation, data quality, and core revenue workflows across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
What you'll do
- Own hands-on Salesforce configuration and automation (Flows, validation rules, fields, layouts, permissions) to keep GTM teams moving fast and safely.
- Troubleshoot issues end-to-end, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes (not just workarounds).
- Build and improve workflows across lead routing, opportunity management, CPQ-adjacent processes, approvals, and forecasting hygiene.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, then ship pragmatic solutions with the right guardrails.
- Support Partner Operations and Customer Success Operations with scalable Salesforce workflows (partner deal motions, lifecycle handoffs, operational reporting).
- Run structured intake and prioritization for Salesforce requests—setting expectations, communicating trade-offs, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Improve data quality and operational visibility through better schema design, governance, and reporting foundations.
What you'll need
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience with direct ownership of configuration and automation work.
- Revenue systems mindset—you understand GTM workflows and how CRM design impacts pipeline execution (routing, opportunity hygiene, quoting/CPQ, handoffs).
- Debugging and systems thinking skills to diagnose ambiguous problems and design scalable solutions with clear trade-offs.
- Stakeholder management ability to translate messy asks into clear requirements, communicate timelines, and build trust with Sales/RevOps/Partner/CS stakeholders.
- Documentation discipline—you leave behind clean documentation and build in a way that reduces single points of failure.
Nice to have
- Partner or CS Ops experience building workflows supporting partner motions, renewals/expansion processes, or post-sales operations.
- Experience with integrations and adjacent GTM tools, with understanding of data sync patterns and failure modes.
- Experience improving data quality and reporting foundations (definitions, fields, governance) in a scaling org.
What they offer
- Competitive compensation and equity ownership.
- 30 days vacation (Europe) or 20 vacation days plus 8 sick days (US), plus public holidays.
- Health and wellness benefits according to local country norms (Europe) or low-premium medical, dental, and vision plans (US).
- Pension contributions (Europe) or 401(k) with 4% employer match (US).
- €1,000 per year for professional development (courses, books, events, coaching).
- Remote-first work environment.
