About the role
Senior Enterprise Product Marketing Manager to strengthen how n8n defines, positions, and brings its enterprise offering to market. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on leadership through influence rather than people management, partnering closely with an existing Enterprise PMM to elevate the quality, consistency, and strategic depth of enterprise marketing.
What you'll do
- Own a significant portion of enterprise product marketing strategy and execution
- Help define how enterprise marketing should operate at n8n, including market segmentation, persona research, ICP definition, enterprise positioning and messaging, go-to-market processes, and sales enablement
- Develop clear, compelling enterprise positioning and narratives for both technical and business audiences
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for key launches, features, and strategic initiatives
- Create and improve sales enablement materials that support Sales, Solutions and Customer Success teams
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on enterprise priorities
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across messaging, campaigns, and assets
- Bring structure and prioritisation to enterprise PMM work, focusing on highest-impact opportunities
What you'll need
- Senior Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in technical products
- Strong background in enterprise PMM, including positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement
- Proven ability to operate as a senior IC, balancing strategy with execution
- Experience supporting complex buying cycles and enterprise customers
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Excellent prioritisation and judgement across a broad scope
- Strong written communication and content development skills
Nice to have
- Experience in workflow automation, developer tools, infrastructure, integrations, or AI
- Background or interest in open-source or fair-code business models
- Experience in high-growth scale-ups building PMM processes from scratch
- Ability to craft messaging for both technical evaluators and executive stakeholders
