About the role
This is an opportunity to build customer marketing almost from scratch at one of Europe's most exciting B2B SaaS companies. You'll define the roadmap, build the foundations, and create systems that help customer proof become one of the company's strongest go-to-market assets.
What you'll do
- Own customer marketing strategy at n8n
- Build a scalable program for customer advocacy, storytelling, references, and proof-based marketing
- Create a structured approach for sourcing and prioritising customer stories across industries, use cases, and product areas
- Produce high-quality customer assets including case studies, testimonials, customer narratives, reference programs, and co-marketing initiatives
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, Content, and DevRel teams
- Gather strong customer stories from post-sales teams and turn them into assets that are useful for both marketing and sales
- Help Sales teams use customer proof more effectively in outbound activity, enterprise conversations, and deal support
- Build processes, tooling, and workflows that allow customer marketing to scale over time
What you'll need
- Senior IC experience in customer marketing, product marketing, customer advocacy, or content led storytelling within a high growth B2B SaaS company
- Experience building strategy, structure, and operating processes in functions that are still maturing
- Strong track record of turning customer stories into assets that support both marketing and sales
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong editorial judgment and storytelling ability, with a good sense of what makes a customer story commercially useful
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience supporting enterprise or technical buyers with proof-oriented content
Nice to have
- Experience building customer advocacy or reference programs
- Background in technical SaaS, developer tools, automation, AI, infrastructure, or related categories
- Experience creating sales enablement assets used in outbound or enterprise sales motions
- Familiarity with open-source, fair-code, or community-led product environments
