About the role
As a Senior Process Management Associate, you will drive the implementation of a company-wide process management framework and introduce a new internal control system (ICS) for N26. - Drive change management initiatives to ensure a well-established, disciplined approach to process management across the company.
- Support the management team in introducing and onboarding a new process mining platform, subsequently training internal staff on its use.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather critical input for compliance and new process activities.
- Optimise and customise tools to elevate N26's overall process management practices.
- Define end-to-end process metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and work with business owners to address them.
- Act as an ambassador for process management and modelling, developing and delivering training curricula to support transformation into a process-driven organisation.
- Meet regularly with process owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to review process performance and manage the change of implemented optimisations.
What you'll need
- A degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM/MINT).
- 2+ years of experience contributing to process management initiatives, ideally within financial services, fintech, or a fast-paced startup environment.
- A solid understanding of BPMN 2.0 methodology and hands-on experience with BPM software.
- Familiarity with relevant local and European regulations (e.g., MaRisk, DORA).
- A strong analytical approach with the ability to document, analyse, and optimise complex processes within a matrix organisation.
- Exceptional influencing and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Comfort navigating a fast-paced environment, managing changing requirements, and handling ambiguity with ease.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of German is a big plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with process mining tools.
What they offer
- Competitive personal development budget, work from home budget, discounts to fitness & wellness memberships, language apps and public transportation.
- Premium N26 bank account subscription and subscriptions for friends and family members.
- Additional day of annual leave for each year of service.
- High degree of autonomy and access to cutting-edge technologies.
- Relocation package with visa support.
