About the role
You will guide our global media strategy to hit ambitious targets while cultivating a brand rooted in trust. You will bridge the gap between analytical execution and creative resonance by harmonizing rigorous, data-driven optimization with high-impact storytelling to convert prospects into long-term primary account users. Based in Berlin or Barcelona, reporting into our Chief Growth Officer.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, moving away from platform silos toward a culture of collective marketing excellence, where every specialist feels empowered and understands how their work supports the N26 ecosystem.
- Champion a sophisticated approach to measurement that looks beyond immediate clicks, utilizing Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Incrementality to value long-term brand health and customer loyalty.
- Take technical banking concepts, security protocols, licensing, and complex financial features and work with Creative teams to turn them into simple, human, and trust-building messages.
- Act as the connective tissue between Product, Strategy, Operations, Data and Creative, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes to ensure paid media strategy is aligned with technical roadmap and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need
- 12+ years of marketing breadth with a holistic understanding of the marketing funnel and mastery of Paid Media execution.
