About the role
Senior IC role at the intersection of product and revenue. You will own key parts of the customer journey across activation, upsell, and cross-sell, ensuring what we build creates real customer value and drives consistent revenue outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own the PLG motion across activation, expansion, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Drive measurable growth outcomes through product strategy, experimentation, roadmap ownership and hands-on delivery.
- Work across Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align product-led and human-led growth motions.
- Help shape how AI-first ways of working are embedded across Product.
What you'll need
- Strong PM experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with PLG, growth, or monetisation exposure.
- A track record of improving adoption, conversion, expansion, or retention with measurable impact.
- A strong commercial mindset and the ability to connect product decisions to revenue outcomes.
- Comfort operating cross-functionally and influencing a broad set of stakeholders.
