- Steer Strategic Execution: Drive the product analytics roadmap in close partnership with product directors and the CPO, specifically defining and measuring the success of high-priority 2026 spikes.

- Elevate Engineering & Product Standards: Lead the development of a rigorous experimentation culture at Moss, introducing structured A/B testing frameworks.
- Bridge the Tooling Reality: Leverage existing data stack (Google BigQuery, dbt, Metabase) to extract immediate value while mapping out a strategic implementation plan for future Product Analytics and CDP tooling.

- Proven track record as a Senior Product Data Analyst in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment with commercial expertise.
- Advanced SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Google BigQuery, dbt).

- Top-of-market compensation package, including equity.
- 20 days "work from abroad" policy.
- 600 EUR/GBP Learning & Development Budget.
- Vibrant offices with in-person collaboration and weekly breakfasts and Friday demos.
