About the role

The Data & Insights team at Moss is hiring a Senior Product Analyst. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role sitting at the heart of product decision-making. You will have direct exposure to product leadership to drive the adoption and success of our highest-priority 2026 initiatives: Month-End Close Automation, Advanced Controlling and Reporting, and our emerging AI/Moss Intelligence agents.

What you'll do

  • Own the AI-Empowered Data Supply Chain: Take full end-to-end accountability for product data in your domain—from tracking design to final insights, leveraging advanced AI tooling and frameworks from our Analytics Engineering team.
  • Steer Strategic Execution: Drive the product analytics roadmap in close partnership with product directors and the CPO, defining and measuring the success of our high-priority 2026 spikes.
  • Drive the AI/Automation Evolution: Actively leverage AI (Claude Skills, agents) to automate routine reporting and ad-hoc requests, empowering product leadership with self-serve decision leverage.
  • Elevate Engineering & Product Standards: Lead the development of a rigorous experimentation culture at Moss, introducing structured A/B testing frameworks.
  • Bridge the Tooling Reality: Leverage our existing data stack (Google BigQuery, dbt, Metabase) while mapping out a strategic implementation plan for future front-end Product Analytics and Customer Data Platform tooling.

What you'll need

  • Proven track record as a Senior Product Data Analyst in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment with deep understanding of user behavior, monetization, account expansion, and SaaS Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Google BigQuery, dbt).
  • Practiced AI adopter who actively leverages AI tooling to accelerate data modeling, write queries, and generate insights.
  • Hands-on experience driving A/B testing and experimentation cultures with rock-solid grasp of underlying statistical concepts.
  • Extreme ownership and startup-like intensity; thrive in high-autonomy environments alongside product leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience evaluating, instrumenting, or migrating front-end tracking tools and CDPs (such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or RudderStack).

What they offer

  • Top-of-market compensation package, including equity.
  • 20 days "work from abroad".
  • 600 EUR/GBP Learning & Development Budget.
  • In-person collaboration with weekly breakfasts and Friday demos.
