Working Student IT Support - Cloud & Platform Engineering

About the role

Join the Cloud & Platform Engineering team to support day-to-day IT requests and questions in the Hamburg office, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and contribute to Digital Workspace projects.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day IT requests and questions in our Hamburg office.
• Assist with newbie onboarding and offboarding.
• Contribute to Digital Workspace projects.
• Monitor the IT Support queue for requests and resolve arising IT issues and questions.
• Help with the audio-visual setup of bigger hybrid meetings and events.

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program.
• Enrolled for at least one year to support your personal development and take ownership of projects and processes.
• Previous experience with at least one of the key tech areas (Okta, MacOS, Jamf, M365, Atlassian suite).
• Familiar with troubleshooting software and hardware issues in the MacOS / Apple environment.
• Approachable, enjoys helping others with a solution-oriented attitude.
• Motivated to learn and not afraid to offer ideas and try new approaches.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1).

Nice to have

• Experience using Microsoft Teams for video conferencing and hybrid events.
