About the role

In a B2B-environment, you will connect technical expertise with commercial opportunities. You will work closely with prospective customers, internal product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure our autonomous mobility solutions create maximum value.

What you'll do

  • Acting as the technical counterpart within the sales process and serving as the bridge between our product division and future customers
  • Managing qualified leads generated and driving opportunities through the commercial process
  • Understanding customer needs and translating them into compelling autonomous mobility solutions
  • Guiding technically complex sales opportunities from initial discussions through contract negotiations and closing
  • Defining customer requirements and incorporating market feedback into product development
  • Driving standardization across commercial processes while negotiating customer-specific requirements and special cases

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in the B2B-sales environment, ideally in a technology or mobility service-related field
  • Great at dealing with people and connecting with different cultures and environments
  • Technical background or at least an affinity for technology
  • Experience involved in complex contract negotiations for technically complex products
  • Significant experience with autonomous driving technology, specifically products similar to the MOIA Turnkey Solution
  • High level of ownership and self-motivation to work independently in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong communication skills - authentic, clear, and able to adapt to different audiences
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages (especially German) are a plus
