This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product curiosity with structured thinking and a sharp sense for audience needs. The focus is on shaping the strategic foundation that other teams use in campaigns, content, CRM, and commercial communication.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive key Product Marketing activities such as product positioning, value propositioning development, use-case definition, and go-to-market preparation
  • Support the development of proof points, product terminology, and maintenance of messaging frameworks
  • Help translate product updates, features, and solutions into clear market-facing logic
  • Develop and refine buyer personas, stakeholder narratives, and audience-specific value angles
  • Support launch preparation for pilots, product updates, and new solution components
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, Marketing, CRM, and Business Development to align on messaging and market relevance
  • Contribute to internal product knowledge enablement through structured inputs, messaging documentation, and briefings
  • Help ensure that all market-facing teams work from a consistent understanding of MOIA's offer and differentiation

What you'll need

  • Experience in Product Marketing or a related role in a B2B, B2G, SaaS, mobility, or technology-driven environment
  • Strong interest in complex products and the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear market-facing logic
  • Good understanding of positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and go-to-market fundamentals
  • Ability to work across teams and bring structure to complex topics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A hands-on, proactive working style and a strong sense of ownership
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Ideally, experience in categories with long decision cycles, multiple stakeholders, and a high need for proof and trust-building

What they offer

  • Competitive salary including bonus
  • Hybrid work setup with flexibility to work from home or offices
  • Flexible working hours and work arrangements
  • Fully subsidized Deutschlandticket for commuting throughout Germany
  • Learning environment with continuous learning days, trainings, coaching, and language classes
  • 30 vacation days, sabbatical and unpaid leave option
