THE IMPACT YOU MAKE
You are more than an engineer. You are a Tech Lead, builder, and consultant in one.
Design and build end-to-end AI solutions
Take systems from idea to production deployment
Make architecture decisions and ensure scalability
Lead teams of engineers
Translate business challenges into technical solutions
Work with Python, ML frameworks, GenAI, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Build scalable systems using MLOps and CI/CD
Lend your technical expertise to client conversations to succesful start new opportunities
Time allocation: 70% client project work + 30% research, internal (domain) work and more. Note that ML6 is not an outsourcing firm, our agents work on projects together with a team of colleagues where autonomy is highly valued.
WHAT YOU BRING
4+ years* of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer
Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions (to production)
Experience within the GenAI space (currently hiring for this domain)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience leading projects or small technical teams
Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English and German
Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems
Currently based in Europe, since relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role today
