Medior Software Engineer

About the role

Design, build, and deploy AI solutions that are used in production at companies like ASML, Bolt Energie and Randstad. You are more than an engineer—you are a builder and consultant in one, working end-to-end from data to production with 70% client project work and 30% research and internal work.

What you'll do

• Design and build end-to-end AI solutions
• Architect the "To-Be" state, making strategic decisions on whether to leverage existing AI tooling or build custom solutions
• Take systems from idea to production deployment
• Make architecture decisions and ensure scalability, observability and performance
• Translate business challenges into technical solutions
• Work with Python, GenAI, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Build scalable systems using MLOps and CI/CD
• Lend your technical expertise to client conversations to successfully start new opportunities

What you'll need

• 2+ years of working experience as a software engineer
• Proficient in Python
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions into production
• Healthy curiosity about GenAI
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English
• Experience in usage of agentic coding tools to deliver robust and scalable systems
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in computer science or related field
