About the role

You run the event pipeline as a home base and grow into the wider marketing engine over time. Events generate a steady stream of organiser correspondence, speaker coordination, logistics, and post-event work. As the broader marketing engine matures over the year, the role grows with it: you take on asset-prep coordination with designers, QC AI-drafted content before it goes out, and keep marketing operations clean.

What you'll do

  • Manage organiser correspondence, scheduling speaker prep calls, handling registrations and RSVPs, coordinating logistics for 25 to 35 events per year
  • Review event materials produced by AI or freelancers, collect post-event assets, and maintain a clean comms tracker per event
  • Brief corporate and UI/UX designers on visual assets for events and sales enablement, QC their output, and keep an organised asset library
  • Review AI-drafted LinkedIn posts, newsletter drafts, and repurposed event content for tone, accuracy, and brand fit, then publish against a calendar
  • QC AI-generated one-pagers, pitch deck updates, and leave-behinds before they go out
  • Keep marketing tasks updated in Asana and support brief-writing for freelancers

What you'll need

  • Professional, confident English at near-native level (C1 to C2)
  • Organised by default with strong written communication skills
  • Meet deadlines without being chased and catch small things that would otherwise fall through
  • Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities shift and processes are still forming
  • Experience running multiple parallel workstreams or stakeholders
  • Basic design literacy (Canva, Figma) to QC or lightly polish visual assets

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content
  • Experience with project tools like Asana or Notion
  • German language skills
  • Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools

What they offer

  • 15 to 20 hours per week, 6-month contract with extension possible
  • Hybrid role based in Berlin, around once per week (fully remote considered for strong profiles)
  • Meaningful work in a forward-thinking, ambitious team
  • Learning-focused culture with support for development
