About the role
You run the daily heartbeat of user communication while constantly making it smarter. You take full ownership of weekly campaigns and ad-hoc promotions, using that hands-on execution as the foundation to scale personalization and upgrade targeting logic. You run weekly campaigns and use Braze, data, and AI to make them highly personalized.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end execution of ad-hoc communication, including weekly newsletters and seasonal promotions across Email, Push, and In-App.
- Act as a power user for Braze, leveraging Liquid logic and maximizing the potential of new channels like Braze Content Cards.
- Implement AI-driven workflows to automate and scale user personalization, moving from manual segment-building to automated, individual relevance.
- Design and run systematic A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user engagement and drive CLV.
- Manage the technical maintenance and monitoring of transactional systems to ensure critical user communication is reliable and optimized.
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience in CRM and Marketing Automation, ideally in a fast-paced, app-based B2C environment.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and segmentation.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and Liquid logic.
- Proven interest in AI tools and ability to integrate them into marketing workflows to increase personalization efficiency.
- Data-driven mindset with passion for testing, analysis, and optimization based on clear KPIs.
- Fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
