Senior AI Full Stack Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you take end-to-end ownership of AI-powered applications from architecture decisions to production deployment. You work at the intersection of machine learning and user-facing products, building the interfaces and systems that make AI solutions accessible, scalable, and maintainable.

What you'll do

• Solve complex industry problems by designing and developing production-grade, AI-augmented web applications and APIs
• Build and maintain platforms for integration, curation, exploration, and monitoring of data at scale
• Define and drive technical architecture decisions in close collaboration with ML, data, and infrastructure engineers
• Translate complex AI outputs into intuitive, performant user experiences
• Contribute to engineering culture: code reviews, documentation, and technical standards
• Mentor and support less experienced team members

What you'll need

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development in a product, startup, or consulting environment
• Strong command of Python (backend), TypeScript, ReactJS, HTML5/CSS3
• Proven experience designing and building REST or GraphQL APIs
• Solid understanding of SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, BigTable)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Track record of shipping production systems, not just prototypes
• Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus for client-facing work
