Strategy & Operations Intern (Office of the CEO)

About the role

You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and executive team to build scalable processes, drive data-centric decision-making, execute high-priority strategic initiatives, and pioneer the use of internal AI workflows. This role is based in Berlin (hybrid).

What you'll do

• Act as an internal champion for AI adoption, identifying high-impact use cases across operations, sales, and product where AI can drive massive efficiency gains.
• Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows and AI-driven automation to streamline repetitive tasks and scale the effectiveness of the Office of the CEO.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff and technical teams to test, iterate, and integrate LLMs and AI tools into standard operating procedures.
• Support the development of real-time dashboards and KPI reporting for the CEO and leadership team.
• Leverage SQL and analytical tools to extract, analyze, and present data that drives decision-making.
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures across key business functions.
• Track progress of key strategic initiatives, coordinate across teams to gather updates, remove blockers, and maintain momentum.
• Take ownership of high-priority ad hoc projects, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
