Lead the planning and implementation of software projects related to system connections with our customers, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

What you'll do

• Lead the planning and implementation of software projects related to system connections with our customers, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Maintain and update project plans, proactively identifying and managing any project risks.
• Ensure the availability of the right expertise for each project phase, coordinating with internal and external resources as necessary.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, delivering regular and comprehensive project updates and effectively resolving any arising issues.
• Contribute to the standardization of project implementation methodology and project templates to improve project standardization and efficiency.
• Generate thorough Project/Solution Documentation, outlining project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Handle all customer communication across various projects, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication with all stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Experience in project management, particularly in software implementation or similar technical projects.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external resources.
