About the role
We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our EMEA sales team. This role involves both inbound and outbound outreach for our supply chain and infrastructure monitoring solution. You will be a partner to our Sales and Marketing teams, leveraging a modern tech stack and representing us in person at major industry conferences and trade shows across the EMEA region.
What you'll do
- Identify and research high-value accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and AI-driven intent data to map out complex organizational structures.
- Contact potential leads via email, phone, and social media to introduce the company's products or services.
- Assess the needs and potential of leads to determine their suitability for the company's offerings — uncovering business pain points and ensuring every discovery call is high-value.
- Travel to conferences and trade-shows to represent the company (20% Travel). Engage prospects face-to-face, manage booth traffic, and turn "passing interest" into qualified pipeline.
- Work in lockstep with Account Executives (AEs) to develop territory plans and provide deep account intelligence.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads in HubSpot. Use data to track conversion rates and iterate on messaging based on market feedback.
- Achieve or exceed set quotas for meetings set-up and deals created.
What you'll need
- 1–2 Years of Experience in B2B SaaS sales or customer facing roles.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and view a "No" as a request for more information.
- Exceptional communication skills — articulate, empathetic, and persuasive in all formats.
- Familiarity with modern sales stack (HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and interest in using AI tools.
- Growth Mindset and desire to strengthen your basics and learn the trade in SaaS.
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking in English and German. Additional European languages are a plus.
What they offer
- Direct influence on strategic business decisions shaping go-to-market strategy.
- Flexible working hours with trust to maintain work-life balance.
- Significant responsibility with autonomy to drive change and innovate.
- Culture of continuous learning with workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hackathons.
- Fair remuneration with opportunity to participate in company ownership through VESOP.
- Wellness, life insurance and other benefits.
