About the role
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, creative GTM Engineer to crack our top-of-funnel and net-new pipeline. You'll own the identification of demand sources we go after and the execution of scalable top-of-funnel campaigns to address these, directly driving pipeline by blending creativity, hands-on technical building, and analytical rigour.
What you'll do
- Identify new sources of demand we can go after — signal-based, segment-based, or any other way you can find — and creatively leverage channels like email, social, and direct mail to open those demand sources up for us.
- Build, manage, and optimise the workflows that enrich and segment prospect data, create and trigger personalised outreach at scale, and integrate cleanly with our CRM and marketing platforms.
- Continuously run structured tests on messaging, channels, cadence, and segments. Use performance insights to iterate rapidly and improve top-of-funnel results.
- Continuously test new ideas, methods, and tools to reach prospects more effectively. Explore unconventional strategies and creative experiments.
- Stay at the forefront of GTM and AI technologies, quickly identifying, evaluating, and adopting new tools next to our existing stack.
- Clearly measure and report the impact of your work on pipeline generation, sales-accepted opportunities, and ROI.
What you'll need
- Demonstrated Builder – You know how to build automations, integrations, scrappy tools, side projects. You're comfortable getting hands-on with tools like n8n, Clay, APIs, and AI.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset – You've started ideas from scratch, demonstrating ownership, autonomy, and comfort with accountability for outcomes.
- Adaptable & Curious Generalist – You rapidly adopt and become proficient in new technologies and methodologies without unnecessary buzzwords.
- Creative & Results-Oriented – You independently conceptualise engaging campaigns and relentlessly track, analyse, and optimise based on measurable pipeline impact.
- Analytical & Structured Thinker – Comfortable translating ideas into documented, repeatable processes and making data-driven decisions.
- Interested in HR Tech – While deep HR expertise isn't required, you're excited to quickly understand our persona, industry, and market dynamics.
