About the role
As Product Marketing Intern, you'll help bring Leapsome's story to life for the German market and beyond: building and translating the collateral our GTM teams rely on, and learning how AI can scale modern product marketing along the way.
What you'll do
- Build and adapt core product marketing collateral: pitch deck slides, one-pagers, sales narratives, web copy, and campaign assets that GTM teams use every day
- Translate and localize content for the German market with native-level quality, making sure tone, examples, and product proof points actually land for German buyers, not just survive Google Translate
- Support GTM enablement: help prepare live training sessions, build and maintain process documentation, and keep our enablement library tidy and easy to find for Sales and CS
- Use AI tools (Claude Cowork, internal AI agents, image and copy assistants) to scale content production without sacrificing brand voice, accuracy, or taste
- Partner with Product, Sales, CS, and Brand & Content to gather product context, customer proof, and competitive insight, and then turn it into clear, on-brand assets
- Take ownership of focused projects end-to-end: brief, draft, feedback rounds, launch, and a quick learning loop afterward
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing studies or just finished studies (any field welcome), available for a 6-month internship starting around June or July 2026
- Native-level German plus professional English, both written and spoken
- Strong copy and storytelling instincts, with at least one piece of evidence from a previous internship, student org, side project, or course
- Naturally curious about B2B SaaS and HR tech
- AI-native by default — you experiment with Claude, ChatGPT, and image and copy tools
- Organized, structured, and self-driven
- Detail-oriented and brand-aware
- Comfortable working in Berlin and coming to our office at least 2-3 days per week
What they offer
- Development budget of €500 if you stay for +6 months
- Hybrid work model from Berlin office
- Flexible work hours
- 20 vacation days every year plus public holidays
- Monthly team activities like kayaking, laser tag, and game nights
- Competitive pay
