About the role

Own the customer data migration process end-to-end, from assessing data quality and reformatting to Leapsome's requirements through execution and upload. You'll work primarily in Google Sheets and scripting tools, coordinate across CS, Onboarding, Sales and Product teams, and become a go-to specialist for HRIS product depth and integration questions.

What you'll do

  • Take raw customer data, assess its quality, reformat it to Leapsome's requirements, and execute the upload, covering employee records, historical attributes, user documents, document templates, absence histories, and onboarding and offboarding workflows
  • Work primarily in Google Sheets and use scripting tools like Google Apps Script to automate repetitive file sorting and restructuring
  • Introduce the migration process, set expectations on what the customer needs to provide, and align on timelines with efficient, timely communication
  • Help customers make better decisions about how their data is structured and guide them toward setups that will work long-term
  • Keep a shared progress tracker current so Onboarding Managers always know where a migration stands and join final sign-off calls
  • Build deep knowledge of how Leapsome's modules work, how data flows between systems, and where integrations can reduce manual lift
  • Provide constant feedback to the Product Team to make data migration smoother and self-serve
  • Actively look for ways to do migrations faster and more accurately through better tooling, smarter AI use for data transformation, or improving templates and guides

What you'll need

  • Take ownership of complex, multi-layered data projects end-to-end
  • Highly proficient in Google Sheets and comfortable writing scripts to automate repetitive data tasks
  • Sharp eye for data quality issues and catch inconsistencies early
  • Put the customer at the center of your projects and enjoy customer communication
  • Discover product features, and comfortable with integrations, APIs and webhooks
  • Organized and transparent
  • Curious about how systems connect and think beyond individual migrations toward scalable, repeatable processes
  • Builder's mindset to propose solutions, experiment with better tooling, and explore AI-assisted approaches

What they offer

  • Hybrid model with 2 days per week in Berlin office; sponsored lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Flexible hours and option to work elsewhere for up to 2 months per year
  • 30 vacation days annually plus public holidays, or upgrade to 40 days; month-long paid sabbatical after 5 years
  • Yearly development budget of €2,000 and access to Good Habitz platform
  • Free Urban Sports Club membership and Oliva subscription
  • Competitive pay and pre-IPO equity package
