Enterprise Deployments Engineer

You own the infrastructure that powers Langdock's enterprise AI platform across dozens of customer cloud environments. You build systems that make deploying, monitoring, and operating Langdock scalable across AWS, Azure, GCP, and self-hosted configurations. This is customer-facing work: you work directly with IT, security, networking, and compliance teams at Europe's largest enterprises, translating their requirements into working infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Deploy the Langdock platform across customer cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, and others) using infrastructure-as-code
• Explain the Langdock architecture and build trust with technical and C-level stakeholders in customer meetings
• Guide customers through the entire deployment process and act as their primary point of contact throughout
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer IT, security, networking, and compliance teams
• Translate customer requirements into working infrastructure and platform changes
• Coordinate and perform regular version upgrades together with customers
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting for dedicated deployments
• Professionalize and standardize the deployment setup so it scales across a growing customer base

What you'll need

• Strong, hands-on cloud engineering experience, ideally across more than one major provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience deploying real systems into production and keeping them running reliably in complex enterprise environments
• Infrastructure-as-code expertise that is second nature to you
• Comfort in customer-facing situations; ability to work credibly with CTOs, CISOs, IT teams, and C-level stakeholders
• Ownership mentality: you see what needs improving and make it happen without being asked
• Fluency in German (C1+ or native) and English

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenShift or on-premises deployments
• Prior work in a security or compliance-heavy environment
• Early-stage startup experience where you built things that scale from scratch
