About the role
You will own the UI end-to-end. When a new feature or page needs to exist, you build it. You take a problem, develop the visual and interaction solution, implement it in code, and ship something that looks exactly right.
What you'll do
- Own the UI end-to-end. When a new feature or page needs to exist, you build it from problem to shipped product.
- Set the visual bar with strong opinions about spacing, typography, motion, and hierarchy.
- Build in code using Next.js and React, with Tailwind to implement designs directly in the codebase.
- Prototype fast when the team needs to see ideas working.
- Go full-stack when needed, comfortable writing Prisma queries and building or modifying API routes.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering, translating product thinking into interfaces and engineering constraints into design decisions.
What you'll need
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with React and Next.js, completely comfortable building production UI and business logic.
- Proficiency designing and prototyping UI with Tailwind CSS without needing a designer to tell you how something should look.
- Full-stack familiarity with Supabase, Firebase, Postgres, Prisma, or similar.
- Experience working on B2B SaaS or portfolio work that proves understanding of that context.
- A sharp, opinionated eye for design with clean, minimal, considered taste.
- Care for interaction details — transitions, hover states, loading behavior, and empty states.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Figma, though you do not depend on it.
- A Dribbble profile or portfolio of interfaces you have designed and implemented.
What they offer
- Transparent salaries tied to levels with equity included.
- Office-based work in Berlin with team lunches and dinners.
- Fast hiring process, typically completed within two weeks.
