About the role
This role is for someone who thinks about brand as a complete experience, not just a screen. You care as much about the hoodie people wear to a conference as you do about the landing page they land on afterward. You can move between Figma and a brief to a print vendor without losing momentum, and you are technical enough to ship what you design without having to hand it off.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the design system — maintain components, tokens, and visual patterns, and make new additions reusable so others can work without you.
- Design merch that people actually want to own. Brief suppliers, iterate on samples, and make calls on quality.
- Shape physical spaces: the office, event setups, and conference booths.
- Lead special creative projects — launch moments, high-visibility campaigns, and one-off collaborations. Own them end-to-end.
- Keep the website excellent: fast, visually sharp, and capable of whatever the team needs, handling the visual and frontend side without a ticket queue.
What you'll need
- You think about brand as a full experience, not just a screen — with opinions about physical materials, spatial design, and what objects say about a company.
- Strong in Figma and comfortable in code. You have shipped things that look good in production, not just in a mockup.
- You have taste, and you can defend it. You know what good looks like and are willing to push back when something is not there yet.
- You work well with ambiguity — not every project comes with a brief. You figure out what it should be and then make it.
- You use AI tools to move faster without cutting corners.
What they offer
- Transparent salaries tied to levels, not negotiation
- Equity included in all roles
- Lunch and dinner together daily
- Office in Berlin, Greifswalder Strasse 212
