About the role

You will take Langdock from first conversation to signed contract. Our customers are IT leaders, security teams, and executives at mid to large companies worldwide. The product sells well, but enterprise deals require someone who can navigate complexity, build trust, and close.

What you'll do

  • Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead qualification to closing, ensuring a seamless transition to customer success.
  • Continuously analyze customer needs to enhance their success and satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Collaborate with partnerships, marketing, and customer success to design effective go-to-market strategies and explore new market opportunities.
  • Establish thought leadership by building and nurturing industry relationships.
  • Contribute to evolving our growth engines across people, processes, content, and tools, while exploring new revenue sources.

What you'll need

  • Proficient in AI technologies, with a preference for those who have previously sold AI solutions.
  • Strong background in handling complex enterprise deals and a proven ability to carry a significant quota.
  • Capable of developing content and processes with a can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage prospects effectively.
  • Deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles and the ability to align solutions with their needs.
