About the role

As ATL Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead in shaping and executing Koro's above-the-line media strategy across Europe, with a strong focus on TV and OOH campaigns. You'll plan, manage, and optimize campaigns end-to-end, building the perfect media mix within budget to drive upper-funnel awareness and new customer acquisition.

What you'll do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across TV, OOH, Radio, and digital channels, with clear KPIs for reach, frequency, and efficiency.
  • Develop media plans balancing scale, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage budgets strategically, ensuring cost-effective media investment and maximum ROI.
  • Lead negotiations with broadcasters, OOH providers, and other media vendors to secure advantageous rates, deals, and placements.
  • Evaluate and refine media performance using ATL-specific KPIs and implement measurement approaches to assess the impact of offline campaigns on brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Monitor media market developments, including key players, pricing trends, and competitive opportunities, to identify optimization potential.
  • Coordinate with agencies to ensure delivery against KPIs, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Explore innovative channels and formats to extend reach and improve campaign outcomes.

What you'll need

  • 3-5+ years experience in media buying or media management, focused on performance-driven ATL campaigns.
  • Proven track record in TV and OOH media buying, including budget responsibility, performance optimization, and a solid understanding of media economics (GRPs, reach curves, CPM/cost per GRP).
  • Strong expertise in offline media (TV, OOH, Radio); experience with programmatic or digital channels is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing commercial agreements with media partners.
  • Analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with reports, analytics tools, and performance dashboards.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and hands-on; capable of driving projects from strategy to execution and independently developing media initiatives.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
