CEO Office Intern - Special Projects

This is a high-impact strategic internship role supporting the CEO and leadership team at an AI education startup serving millions of students. You'll own 2-3 critical growth initiatives that directly impact revenue and operational efficiency while the company scales towards unicorn status.

What you'll do

• Own and drive 2-3 high-impact projects that unlock revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Optimize sales funnels and spearhead market expansion across countries and verticals
• Build data models and strategic frameworks to inform market entry and product positioning decisions
• Take full ownership of cross-functional initiatives from research through implementation
• Eliminate execution friction for leadership by managing critical growth projects

What you'll need

• Top-tier university degree in business, economics, or quantitative field
• Previous experience in consulting, high-growth startup, or significant university projects
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Owner mindset - ability to identify needs and execute without detailed instructions
• Native/fluent English; German is a plus
• Available to work from Berlin office 5 days/week with some flexibility
• Ability to thrive in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
