- Help plan and coordinate team events that bring people together: from logistics and organisation to making sure everything runs smoothly on the day
- Be the first point of contact for people-related questions and help keep HR processes running smoothly and documentation up to date
- Support the team in running feedback cycles and development initiatives that have a real impact on how people grow at Klim
- Get behind-the-scenes exposure to recruiting and hiring: coordinating interviews and keeping candidates informed and engaged
- Help make sure every new team member has a smooth, welcoming start and that departures are handled with care
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in a university programme, ideally in Human Resources, Business or a related field for at least another year
- Available to work ~20 hours per week, with at least 3 days per week in the Berlin office
- Clear and friendly communicator — people feel comfortable coming to you

- Genuinely curious about HR, people operations, and how organisations work
- Proactive and reliable: follow through on tasks, take ownership, and find solutions when stuck
- Fluent in English and German
What they offer
