About the role

As a strategic partner to the COO and key stakeholders across Klim, your mission is to ensure smooth company execution as we scale. This is a hybrid role combining strategy, operations, project management, and internal consulting where you will own cross-functional delivery, solve critical issues effectively and pragmatically, and help standardise and further professionalise how teams work.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive cross-functional execution across key processes connecting commercial/sales, farmer account management, MRV, scientific modelling, product, engineering, agronomy and finance
  • Drive alignment across teams: clarify owners, timelines, dependencies, and escalation paths
  • Map workflows, remove bottlenecks, increase automation/documentation, and improve reliability
  • Ensure execution through meetings, stakeholder management, decision support and documentation
  • Support strategic decisions with strong content input, driving the convergence of commercial thinking and client/farmer needs with operational complexities and impact generation
  • Design and build practical KPI dashboards and corresponding setup and processes to strengthen data-driven steering
  • Identify and implement fast AI/automation wins across teams
  • Take ownership of high-priority operational topics end-to-end (e.g., data/client/process incidents)

What you'll need

  • 4-8 years of operational or project management experience
  • Strong academic background and desire to dive deep into complex business models with conceptual, commercial, agricultural, technological, regulatory and operational challenges
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and bias for hands-on execution and follow-through
  • Exceptional attention to detail, capable of deeply understanding complex problems and aggregating them into clear decision options
  • Proven ability to bring structure to rapidly scaling organisations and implement pragmatic, non-bureaucratic process improvements
  • Strong communication and influence across all seniority levels in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Highly analytical, KPI-fluent, comfortable building effective management dashboards
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
