You will own design and product outcomes across one of Kittl's core surfaces (AI or Editor), shaping the experiences that turn first-time consumer and prosumer users into repeat creators. You'll operate as a direct peer to PM and Engineering, bringing user evidence, strategic thinking, and a strong point of view to product decisions.

What you'll do

  • Own product outcomes end-to-end: Take full ownership from problem framing and research through shipping, measurement, and iteration
  • Lead design of complex features: Design sophisticated product features with high visual craft and strategic product thinking
  • Raise the craft bar: Hold a high quality standard in visual and interaction design, elevating it through critique and pairing with peers
  • Manage the build: Coordinate with engineering, ensure quality throughout development, and own go-to-market readiness
  • Build reusable patterns: Contribute to Kittl's evolving design process, designing system and emerging AI patterns

What you'll need

  • Minimum 6 years designing digital products, with at least 2 years shipping consumer or prosumer products at scale
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership including research, interaction design, visual craft, product thinking, and measurable impact of shipped work
  • Demonstrated ability or clear readiness to step into product management responsibilities - managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience designing for AI-driven or generative product surfaces, with focus on embedding AI for genuine user value
  • Balances user needs, product constraints, and strategic direction to find the best feasible path forward through thoughtful compromise and clear decision-making

What they offer

  • Quarterly hackathons to experiment with new concepts and push boundaries
  • Annual Kittl Week with global team gathering for work and celebration
  • Flexible working hours with core hours 11am–5pm CET
  • Up to 50 days (10 weeks) fully remote per year from anywhere in the world
  • Learning & development budget for professional growth
  • Up to 30 vacation days per year
