About the role
As Account Executive, you own conversion end-to-end: every call, every close, every process improvement that makes the next hundred deals faster and sharper. You'll take high-intent inbound leads and drive them through discovery, qualification, and closing with structured, consultative conversations.
What you'll do
- Own the full inquiry-to-signature motion: price, negotiate, and get it done
- Leverage AI-native tooling to automate what's repetitive and double down on what converts
- Run discovery and qualification calls daily with high-intent inbound leads, with energy, not just volume
- Close qualified prospects through structured, consultative conversations that earn trust fast
- Coordinate closely with our tax & Accounting partner for smooth KYC and onboarding handover
- Keep HubSpot immaculate: clean pipeline, sharp follow-ups, zero ambiguity on deal status
What you'll need
- You've operated against a quota above €1M
- You crushed your quota over multiple quarters; you're president of the President's Club
- You're fluent German and English with strong business communication in both languages
- You're comfortable in high-volume, high-pace startups; you're fully ramped up in two months
- You have 1 to 3 years in sales with real closing exposure: you've tracking records of your impact

- Background in fintech, accounting, tax, or SMB SaaS
- Experience working in top tier venture-backed startups
