About the role
As a Working Student Field Sales Support (20h/week, based in Berlin), you'll assist our field sales squad—also known as the "Raptors"—by supporting key projects and driving important initiatives. You'll collaborate across retail business development, marketing, and sales teams, playing an integral role in our retail expansion.
What you'll do
- Support the field sales team, assisting with ongoing projects and providing ad hoc support ranging from analytical research to hands-on activities
- Contribute to HOLY's retail expansion, from coordination with external stakeholders to strategically supporting new retail product launches
- Assist with crucial retail initiatives, such as our quarterly goal-setting process, and help set up workshops
- Engage in project management, supporting the retail team by coordinating workstreams across sales, marketing, and operations. This can include customer research, meeting support, activation preparations, and order management
What you'll need
- Outgoing: Comfortable talking to strangers and approaching people in public surroundings to discuss HOLY and our brand. Confident in selling with a strong ability to read the room and connect with people
- Hands-on mentality: Pragmatic problem-solver who doesn't shy away from getting hands-on. Day-to-day challenges will require creative thinking and quick solutions
- Structured: Organized individual who maintains a clear overview of tasks and priorities while supporting different stakeholders. Prior experience in Notion is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong team player: Proactive, supportive team member with a positive attitude, high integrity, and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth
- Fluent in both English and German
