- Drive team performance against key retail KPIs such as rotation, display ROI and distribution impact. Translate performance insights into clear priorities and actions that improve commercial outcomes
- Build and implement scalable structures, processes and playbooks that enable efficient planning and execution across the team. Develop trade marketing into a high-performing function that can scale across markets
- Act as the central interface between Sales, Field Sales, Marketing and Operations, aligning stakeholders and enabling the team to execute effectively across all retail initiatives
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or commercial project management within FMCG or a fast-paced consumer brand. Experience in leading and developing teams
- You deeply understand LEH retail mechanics, promotions and POS systems, and know how in-store activations translate into rotation and sell-out performance
- You are highly organized and experienced in managing complex cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Field Sales and Operations

- You enjoy building structures and processes in a fast-scaling environment while staying close to execution and operational detail
