About the role
As we accelerate our retail expansion across Germany and the UK, we're looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer – Retail to join our creative studio and lead the execution of HOLY's physical brand experience at the point of sale. You'll be the creative force that makes HOLY impossible to walk past, turning brand strategy into executions that stop shoppers in their tracks.
What you'll do
- Design and produce POS & retail display materials including free-standing floor displays, shelf banners, wobblers, and other in-store fixtures that command attention and drive purchase
- Produce retail packaging for new product lines, flavor releases and unique brand collaborations
- Build sales decks and brochures that serve as a key tool for our on-the-ground sales team, making it easy for retailers to understand our range and say yes to stocking HOLY
- Take on fun side projects like custom car wraps, trade fair stands, and merch for our sales crew on the ground
- Deliver production-ready print files across all retail formats, with a solid understanding of print requirements, color management, and structural guidelines
- Work closely with the retail, supply chain and brand teams to ensure every execution is both commercially impactful and up to HOLY's high visual standards
- Contribute to broader design projects as capacity allows, including web-shop product packaging, event activations, paid media ads, and other brand touch points
What you'll need
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong background in retail or packaging design within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- A degree in communication design, graphic design, or a related field – equivalent professional experience is equally welcome
- Expert across the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, which is the primary tool of the role
- A sharp eye for color, typography, layout, and space – you design with confidence across 2D formats and can naturally translate that into 3D thinking
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over your work
- Fluency in English is a must. German language skills are a plus
- Based in Berlin, with a hybrid work model (3+ days in the office)
What they offer
- Competitive compensation including company shares
- 28 vacation days and 30 work-from-abroad days
- €1,500 learning budget
- Urban Sports Club membership and public transport subsidy
- Flexible working hours and central Berlin office
- Biannual 360° feedback tied to compensation
