About the role

As Sr. Creative Strategist, you are sitting at the center of our growth on paid social - bridging the gap between data-driven insights and creative execution. You propose authentic ideas and enable others to share theirs, which you transform into production-ready creative concepts with local relevance.

What you'll do

  • Gather and distribute actionable findings from performance data and proprietary research to fuel the creative pipeline
  • Facilitate creative strategy sessions with market teams and provide continuous feedback on creative performance data
  • Analyze the competitor ad ecosystem to identify differentiation potential while proactively scanning platforms like TikTok and Reels for emerging trends
  • Transform raw ideas and hypotheses into full-funnel, high-converting creative concepts across all awareness stages
  • Write compelling direct-response scripts and headlines to drive immediate action
  • Develop briefings with clarity to guide content creation stakeholders across video, editing, design, and copywriting
  • Support the prioritization of the production pipeline and provide feedback for content creation stakeholders
  • Debrief top-performing assets to derive new hypotheses and scale winning formulas

What you'll need

  • 3+ years in a creative strategy position, plus prior work experience in a creative function (ideally in copywriting)
  • Deep understanding of psychological triggers, direct-response copywriting & storytelling skills
  • Able to interpret and leverage paid social performance data and research/post purchase survey to guide new creative decisions
  • Very organized, proficient in managing multi-stakeholder/cross-functional initiatives, fluent in Notion as project management tool
  • Effective and clear collaboration & communication with stakeholders across different teams and seniorities, fluent in German
  • Thorough understanding of paid social platform dynamics (algorithm, KPI's, etc.)
  • Fluent in English; German is a big plus
