About the role
Senior Creative Operations Manager working hand-in-hand with the Creative Studio Lead, building the systems, processes, and infrastructure that allow a high-output creative team to do their best work. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role designing and running the engine that keeps the studio running smoothly across print and digital.
What you'll do
- Own and scale the Studio's project management system by building, evolving, and maintaining automated, scalable systems with clear stage-gate processes from brief intake to final delivery.
- Build and maintain a studio-wide view of capacity, forecasting workload against team resources on a rolling basis to inform hiring decisions and flag risks early.
- Define and maintain the process, standards, and templates for video and photo productions, own and manage the production budget, and serve as the escalation point for complex productions.
- Act as the senior operational voice of the creative studio across the wider organisation, ensuring departments understand how to brief, prioritize, and collaborate with the creative team.
- Build and maintain a structured system for storing, naming, and versioning the studio's creative assets, keeping files easy to find and accessible across the organisation.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in creative project management or operations, with proven expertise in building and running creative workflows at scale.
- Senior systems builder who designs infrastructure for great project management with focus on automations, workflows, and scalable processes.
- Strategically data-driven approach using capacity data, delivery metrics, and studio output insights to make proactive decisions.
- Skilled and senior communicator able to tailor messaging for any audience from junior designer to C-level executive.
- Calm and structured under pressure with expert-level experience in Notion and project management tooling.
- Fluency in English required; German is a plus.
