About the role
Lead HOLY's global social media and community strategy, orchestrating execution across markets to turn Social Media + Community into an emotional touchpoint where brand love is created. You'll lead the DACH Community Team with dotted-line oversight of international Community Managers, report directly to the CMO, and manage additional Social Media team members as the company grows.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the global content & campaign calendar across markets, ensuring tight alignment with Brand, Campaigns and Performance.
- Orchestrate the cross-functional content ecosystem (Campaign Content, Community Content, etc.).
- Define processes, roles, rituals, and tooling to execute fast without chaos.
- Co-create the global social & community strategy with the leadership team and translate it into executable plans by geography.
- Translate community signals (comments, DMs, groups) and performance metrics into insights & concrete actions.
- Spot trends early and turn them into relevant, fast, community-first content in the HOLY tone.
- Create and own clear briefings for planned and reactive formats in collaboration with video/design/copy and market teams.
- Lead and coach team members while bringing teams together as the "umbrella" across functions and markets.

- Comfortable with data and translating performance into learnings and improved creative.
