About the role

Senior CRM Manager who is HOLY's technical and conceptual owner of all CRM automation. You're equal parts builder and strategist: someone who gets their hands dirty in Klaviyo and Chatarmin every day, while thinking three steps ahead about what the automation setup should look like six months from now.

What you'll do

  • Own all automation flows - operationally and strategically: build, maintain, and evolve email and WhatsApp flows and transactional campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and own CRM segmentation logic and personalization approach, translating behavioral signals and lifecycle data into targeted communication that increases conversion, retention, and LTV.
  • Design, set up, and analyze A/B tests across flows and transactional campaigns independently, translating results into concrete, documented optimizations.
  • Monitor automation KPIs regularly, proactively spot issues and opportunities, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Work closely with Shop, Data/BI, Ops, and Creative as a reliable, technically strong CRM partner.

What you'll need

  • Deep, practical knowledge of Klaviyo (or comparable ESP), including building complex automations from scratch, advanced segmentation, and WhatsApp CRM (preferably Chatarmin).
  • Doer with an ownership mindset - you get things done, set your own agenda, and take full accountability for results.
  • Comfort pulling and interpreting performance data, running structured A/B tests, and deriving evidence-based actions.
  • Conceptually strong with brand sensibility - bring creative ideas to CRM with a genuine feel for HOLY's tone and community.
  • Clear communicator who documents work cleanly and translates technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business fluent in English (German is a plus).

What they offer

  • Competitive compensation including company shares.
  • Central office in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg with flexible working hours and 30 work-from-abroad days.
  • 28 vacation days, €1,500 learning budget, Urban Sports Club membership, and public transport subsidy.
  • Biannual 360° feedback tied to compensation.
