About the role
As a Marketing Analyst at HOLY, you'll be the analytical backbone of our marketing and growth teams. Your mission: Turn data into decisions by delivering accurate forecasts, actionable insights, and performance analysis that fuel HOLY's commercial engine.
What you'll do
- Own weekly revenue forecasts and maintain our driver-based forecasting model to keep expectations aligned with reality.
- Track marketing spend and budget pacing, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns.
- Deliver rapid-response analysis for marketing teams, including campaign debriefs, performance deep dives, and channel troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain dashboards that empower teams to make faster, smarter decisions.
- Design and execute incrementality tests to measure true marketing effectiveness across channels.
- Build and maintain short-term demand forecasts that factor in promotional impact and offering changes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance meetings with clear, compelling analysis that supports management decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance, E-Commerce, and Operations teams.
What you'll need
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in analytics, BI, or data science (ideally in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer goods).
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets or Excel).
- Experience in BI tools like Metabase, Looker, or Tableau.
- Proven ability to build forecasting models, run incrementality testing, and turn performance data into actionable insights.
- Strong 80/20 mindset to balance depth and pace, delivering fast and reliable analysis.
- Fluency in English and ability to translate complex insights into crisp, compelling stories.
- Proactive ownership mindset with ability to spot issues, flag them early, and drive recommendations through to action.
