About the role
As the new (Jr.) Talent Acquisition Manager & Sourcer, you'll play a key role in helping us build high-performing teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring outstanding people who will shape the future of HOLY. You'll own full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of roles while supporting our broader hiring strategy through proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruiting processes across multiple functions—from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and supporting successful closes.
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert top talent via LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals and other creative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines across multiple functions—not only for roles you own, but for all open positions that need sourcing and pipeline support.
- Support the optimization of our ATS, improve interview workflows, maintain recruiting documentation, and help create efficient systems that enable sustainable growth.
- Contribute to creating compelling content on LinkedIn that resonates with potential candidates and positions us as an employer of choice.
What you'll need
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Headhunting.
- Experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing through offer and close.
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent.
- Experience conducting structured interviews with a strong focus on cultural fit.
- Fluency in both English and German is a MUST.
- Highly organized and process-driven with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and people-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HR systems; experience with Personio is a strong plus.
- Experience with Notion is a strong plus.
