About the role
As Associate Programme Manager you will have the opportunity to shape and align Helsing's strategic partnerships and ambitious customer programmes that define the future of Air Power. You will directly participate in our work with industry partners, procurement agencies and Armed Forces, supporting and executing the business strategy, vision, and roadmap for current and future air defence programmes.
What you'll do
- Guide market activities in air defence, engage external stakeholders, and build lasting industry partnerships to support Helsing's overarching strategy
- Anticipate market trends and client needs to identify and establish new business opportunities
- Coordinate strategic campaigns and manage the activities required to deliver on business goals
- Ensure the successful execution and commercial delivery of the air defence projects you oversee
- Collaborate closely with technical delivery teams to translate complex capability requirements into actionable programme milestones
- Learn from and collaborate with senior leadership to continuously refine programme execution and relationship management strategies
What you'll need
- Deep understanding of the defence sector, public sector, or complex consultancy environments
- Foundational knowledge in engineering, business, political science, data science, or a related discipline
- Collaborative approach to capability delivery, focusing on building sustainable partnerships with established industry stakeholders
- Ability to communicate complex programme statuses clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
- Strong commitment to delivering critical software-based capabilities to operators in the field
- Ability to navigate intersectional challenges between commercial goals and technical delivery
