Working Student Special Operations

As a Working Student in Special Operations, you'll support and drive cross-functional, high impact projects across multiple markets in Europe, playing a pivotal role in our mission to change the way people eat, forever.

What you'll do

• Support and lead high-stakes, transformative operational projects across European markets
• Collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional teams and European markets, acting as a connector within the business
• Identify growth opportunities, analyze complex data sets and build your own software to help develop and implement strategic initiatives
• Balance your studies with a flexible 20-hour work week in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field) with at least 18 months of studies remaining
• Solid foundation in Operations or Supply Chain Management, backed by practical internship experience or dedicated academic focus
• Sharp analytical mindset and ability to solve complex, unstructured problems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working in an international environment
• Proactive, adaptable approach to fast-paced work
• Business-fluent English; German proficiency is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with AI tools
