You will own the project governance framework that determines how work gets prioritised and delivered across the Paid Marketing organisation. You will lead the shift from reactive support to proactive growth partner — embedding structured governance, driving AI and automation enablement, and building scalable processes that reduce friction and unlock performance at global scale.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of strategic cross-functional initiatives — defining scope, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder alignment against agreed success criteria
  • Enforce the XPM project governance model: Tier 1/2 classification, RICE prioritisation scoring, RAID logs, RAG status reporting, and Success Criteria Agreements
  • Lead the quarterly XPM Discovery Forum to surface cross-channel blockers and translate findings into a prioritised roadmap
  • Oversee and coordinate project managers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the XPM portfolio
  • Design and standardise internal workflows — building request loops, automated approval processes, and project management frameworks that eliminate operational friction
  • Act as internal champion for AI-powered marketing tools — owning adoption management, documentation, and feature updates so teams extract maximum value from the tech stack
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to align project objectives, gather requirements, and provide regular status updates
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and lead mandatory project close-out retros to drive continuous improvement

What you'll need

  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, ideally within marketing, creative, or digital environments
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional projects involving marketing, creative, and technical teams
  • Fluent in project governance frameworks — RICE prioritisation, RAID logs, RAG reporting, and structured project classification
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Airtable
  • Proficiency with reporting tools such as Clarisights or Tableau
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building strong relationships and driving collaboration across functions and seniority levels
  • Strategic and self-directed — managing the balance between execution and discovery without being told
  • A clear, confident communicator across all levels — as comfortable presenting to C-suite as running a technical sprint review

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with attribution and measurement frameworks for marketing
  • Familiarity with AI-powered project management tools and experience driving AI tool adoption within marketing or operations teams
