Senior Manager, Global Price & Discount Strategy

As a Manager of Price & Discount Strategy, you will shape the economics behind the world's leading meal kit company, active in 17 countries across 3 continents. You will drive and execute strategic price and discount vision, with a focus on AI-driven optimization, bridging the gap between high-level commercial strategy and cutting-edge automation and intelligence.

What you'll do

• Lead high-impact projects such as launching new pricing models or new benefit types.
• Act as the lead Business Owner for AI initiatives, collaborating with Analytics and Product to adapt AI use cases within pricing and discount strategies.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specs for Product teams, ensuring discount tools are both sophisticated and scalable.
• Design and execute A/B tests, ensuring constant learning and refinement of pricing and discount approach.
• Maintain and evolve the global toolkit of best practices, ensuring successful AI initiatives are seamlessly scaled.

What you'll need

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or high-growth Tech environment.
• Experience in Pricing, Business Analytics, or Strategy, with demonstrated experience building AI solutions for business workflows.
• Excellent data skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python/R, and Tableau.
• Experience or deep interest in leveraging AI-based workflow tools to optimize internal processes.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Fluency in English with ability to bridge business needs and tech implications.
