Working Student Supply Planning

You support the Supply Chain Team by bringing efficiency and tech-savvy solutions to our daily operations. You will actively help transition into smarter workflows by setting up automations, running supply chain analyses, and taking ownership of weekly KPI reportings. This role is available for a 12-month contract (extension possible).

What you'll do

• Optimize daily Supply Chain BAU operations by setting up and managing smart automations.
• Take over part of weekly KPI reportings.
• Identify opportunities for and assist in building out automated reporting systems to streamline data workflows.
• Run ad-hoc and routine supply chain analyses to support data-driven decision-making.

What you'll need

• Ideally, you have already gained experience with order data management.
• You have a great interest in operational processes and their continual improvement.
• You speak German on at least basic level, and also very good English.
• You are organized and always have an eye on deadlines.
• You convince with a pronounced eye for detail.
• You are a doer with a hands-on mentality and a zest for action.
• You have an affinity for AI and first experience with different AI-Tools - Claude, N8N etc.
• You have good MS Office / GSuite skills, especially in Excel / GSheets.
