About the role
This role sits in the Product team of the Digital Building System & Planning (DBSP) vertical, whose function is to provide the essential link in the digital value chain between physical building planning teams and product delivery and execution teams. As a Product Manager, you will help drive the development of key digital products which define the building system and enable its scalable application to growing building projects.
What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate the development of GROPYUS digital products that enable fast and efficient building product design and project planning across the digital value chain
- Align regularly with stakeholders across different departments and teams to translate current and future user needs into product requirements
- Help manage the vertical's roadmap, together with product management colleagues and in alignment with DBSP Heads and Tech Leads, to ensure efficient utilization of resources and a delivery plan in line with quarterly goals
- Apply product lifecycle management principles to ensure steady improvement of products in terms of cost, quality, and efficiency, while maintaining data consistency across versions
What you'll need
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a BSc or MSc; experience with tech products in architecture, engineering, or construction sectors a plus
- Experience managing the development of innovative, specialized digital tools for internal or external applications; familiarity with architectural or engineering planning software a plus
- Proven ability to problem solve and excel at finding user-centric solutions to complex problems with many moving parts and multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable setting high-level goals aligned with strategy and breaking these down into features, deliverables, quarterly goals, and epic-level roadmaps
- Skilled communicator who excels at stakeholder management and user communication, able to interpret needs and goals into product features and functions
