Workplace & Engagement Lead

As Workplace & Engagement Lead, you'll shape the physical environments where our culture comes to life. This includes our Gigs Hubs & Pads as well as company-wide offsites. This role blends operations, hospitality and community-building to help us create spaces that are both high-functioning and deeply human.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end experience of our Gigs Hubs & Pads in Berlin, London, Amsterdam, New-York and San Francisco. Your focus will be on ensuring every space is operationally excellent, welcoming and aligned with our brand and culture.
• Build and manage vendor relationships for everything from facilities to food, while balancing quality, cost, and experience. This includes ordering items from approved vendors to support daily operations and special events.
• Design and scale processes that make our spaces feel easy to use: bookings, access, inventory, and tech setup.
• Partner with the People Ops and Founders Office teams to shape how in-person work fits into our remote-flexible model. Your work will support collaboration, focus and connection.
• Bring energy and intention to community building: plan informal gatherings, celebrate milestones and create moments that spark belonging and serendipity.
• Support logistics for company-wide offsites (Gigs Republic) and executive meetings. This includes venue sourcing and creating unforgettable experiences.
• Influence the future of our workplace strategy, including potential expansion into new locations.
• Champion sustainability, accessibility, and inclusivity in everything related to our physical spaces.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience managing workplace operations or employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
• You think beyond logistics and you care about how space shapes culture, creativity and connection.
• You're organized, proactive, and have a bias for action. You're equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and stepping back to think strategically.
• You have strong instincts for hospitality, attention to detail and a service mindset.
• You're a natural collaborator, able to work across time zones and functions with clarity and warmth.
• You have experience managing vendors, budgets and small-scale projects.
• You thrive in high-ownership environments. You don't just do, you build and are always looking for ways to improve and elevate the experience.
• You're based in Berlin and open to travel across locations. You're comfortable working outside the regular nine-to-five hours.
