Sustainability Reporting Manager

About the role

As the Sustainability Reporting Manager, you will be pivotal in driving our strategic vision for excellence in Group Reporting and ensuring compliance. You will lead the preparation, review, and submission of non-financial and sustainability reports for the GetYourGuide Group.

What you'll do

• Lead the preparation, review, and submission of non-financial and sustainability reports, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks for the GetYourGuide Group
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and analyze data
• Deliver training sessions for cross-functional and multi-level stakeholders on regulatory standards, data collection, and process requirements
• Develop and maintain sustainability reporting controls and documentation
• Advise leadership on regulatory changes and best practices in non-financial reporting
• Coordinate and manage the use of the Sustainability Program
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and stakeholder engagement

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• Demonstrated experience in Sustainability Reporting (CSRD,GRI,TCFD), preferably in a technology or travel industry context
• Experience with reporting solutions such as Workiva is highly desirable
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and training skills
• Highly organized with strong project management capability
• Able to work independently, prioritize, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
